Vikings, waiting for Favre, sign Jackson

MINNEAPOLIS, April 19 (UPI) — The Minnesota Vikings, waiting on a retirement decision by Brett Favre, have re-signed back-up quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, the team said Monday.
