Reuters: Top News TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s tiny Social Democratic Party (SDP) decided Sunday to leave the ruling coalition ahead of an election, as unpopular Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama faced calls to step down over broken campaign promises.
